- Covers onside cleanup, offsite cleanup and third party liability for owned or leased locations.
- SSPL coverage is always written on a claims made basis.
- Coverage can be offered with retroactive date of inception or, if it qualifies offered with full retroactive coverage. (Often called historic coverage.)
- Also referred to as Pollution Legal Liability (PLL) an Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL).
- This coverage can be combined with Commercial General Liability.
- Minimum premium: $2,500.
- Limits available to $10 million.
